We’re all looking out for the best prices, even saving a couple of pounds can make a huge difference in the long run. That’s why we’ll match the price of any item we sell if you find it cheaper somewhere else. Here’s what you need to do to get the best price:
- Give us a call on 01924 376003 or send an email to our Web Team on websales@autovaux.co.uk
- Let us know which part your looking at by giving us the product code, which can be found on the product page.
- Tell us where you found the cheaper part.
- Let our team look into it and sort your discount.
It’s as easy as that! We’ll just need to do a few checks on the product you’re looking at, so make sure you’ve got a link handy. It shouldn’t take us long to find out if we’re able to get you the discount, our team should contact you the same way you got in touch.

EXTENDED PRICE MATCH
Not to worry! We can still offer you a discount even if you’ve already bought the product from us. If the price on our site drops or you find it cheaper with another retailer within 7 days of you placing the order, we can refund you the difference. Here’s what you need to do:
- Send us an email to websales@autovaux.co.uk to request a Price Match
- Let us know your order number from your confirmation email and what product you’re wanting a price match on.
- Give us the link to where you’ve found the part cheaper.
- Let our team look into it and we’ll sort your discount.
If we find that we can match the other sellers price we will happily refund you the difference, it should appear in your bank account 3-5 days after we reach a decision. Unfortunately if you let us know after these 7 days, we won’t be able to match the price.
Each of these offers are subject to our Terms and Conditions and it’s up to our discretion on whether we can offer a price match.

THE TECHNICAL BITS
When you’re looking for the lowest price, there are a few things we take into consideration for deciding on if we can match the price. Don’t worry there won’t be any confusing jargon, just what you need to know:
- We match against the total cost of the product, so that includes delivery and VAT.
- We will only price match against websites from retailers based in the UK.
- The product needs to be the exact same as ours, same brand, fitment type and part number.
- The product must be in stock and available for order and dispatch that day, no back-orders allowed unfortunately.
- We won’t price match against any instore prices or special deals.
- Price match guarantee cannot be used in conjuction with other offers such as sale items, special discounts or discount codes.
But you won’t be needing that, here at Autovaux Car Parts we pride ourselves on offering the best quality parts at the lowest price, no gimmicky discount codes or never ending sales required. You’ll get the best price first time.
