Here at Autovaux Car Parts we’ve got lots of ways to make sure you get your parts delivered on time and in one piece, you can find out more about them below. We aim to send our orders out for delivery by 15:00 on the same day it’s received, so long as your payment is cleared and we’ve got the part in stock.

We use DHL for our next working day delivery, thanks to their expertise 95% of our deliveries will arrive on time. However, sometimes delivery times can be disrupted and you may get your part a bit later.

  • Next Day Delivery - Starts at £6.99

You should be able to find your tracking number on the order confirmation email we sent you, or in a separate email from DHL once we process your order. This should let you track your parcel, so you’re ready for when it’s delivered.

Please note: We currently don’t get collection from our couriers over the weekend. So if you place an order after 15:00 on a Friday, your order won’t be processed until the following working day, and that includes orders paid for Next Day Delivery.

If you place an order on Saturday, the same applies, we won’t process it until the next working day, which is normally a Monday unless it’s a Bank Holiday.

Orders placed after 15:00 will be processed the next working day, meaning your Next Day Delivery will have 1 extra day added to your expected delivery date. Any orders placed after 15:00 on a Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday, or next working day in the case of a bank holiday.

For delivery to the UK we offer a wide range of options you can choose from, but please note that our delivery rates and charges vary based on the weight and size of the item.

  • Standard Delivery – Starts at £1.50
  • Standard Delivery for Heavy Items – Starts at £6.99
  • Next Day Delivery – Starts at £6.99

Please note: Orders places after 15:00 will be processed the following day, which will add 1 working day to the delivery service. When you choose “Next Day” delivery, orders places after the cut off on a Thursday will be delivered on the next working day, which is the following Monday.

Everybody likes free delivery, that’s why on orders over £30.00 you don’t have to pay a thing to get your parts delivered. So long as you’re in the UK Mainland (excluding the Scottish Highlands) a code will be applied in your shopping cart and your delivery fee will be gone!

If you want to upgrade your delivery to Next Day, you can select that option in the checkout and normal charges will apply.

If you live local, you can collect any part we’ve got in stock from our Dewsbury Trade Counter completely FREE of charge!

To reserve your part for collection all you have to do is select the “Click & Collect” option in the checkout as your delivery method and we’ll handle the rest. Just make sure you bring your order confirmation email with you on collection, that should be all we need to get your part to you.

Just wait for a confirmation email that we’ve picked your part, then you can come down and collect it. This normally won’t take longer than 30 minutes, but if we need to get it from our Leeds branch you might need to wait a little longer, so make sure you wait for the email.

When you buy multiple parts together, the delivery charge will be equal to the highest single delivery cost among the items in your shopping basket. For example, if you’re buying a pair of Brake Discs which would cost you £6.95 in delivery, and a set of Brake Pads that will cost you £5.50 to deliver, the total cost will be just £6.95.

Please note there are no collections on Weekends or Bank Holidays, this means your order will be processed the next working day. That includes if you pay next day delivery, we're sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

SPECIAL DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Sometimes organising delivery isn’t’ as straight forward as entering your post code and having your part turn up the next day, but we do aim for this on every order. In the section below you can find some more information on some issues that can arise in organising delivery for your part.

Certain postcodes will cause your delivery costs to increase and some won’t be available for Next Day Delivery. You’ll be made aware of this on the checkout page, and will be quoted on a delivery charge.

The post codes affected by this include: AB, DD, FK, HS, IV, KA, KW, KY, PA, PH, ZE, BT.

If you live in any of these areas, please contact us before placing your order so we can get you the most accurate quote for delivery.

If you’re outside of the UK we can still get your parts delivered, no need to worry!

Our deliveries outside the UK are calculated by their weight. However sometimes larger items are still lightweight, but their size means we need to charge extra for delivery on these items.

If we have any issues organising your delivery we’ll contact you before any extra payments are taken, we want to make sure you get the best deal and we know international deliveries can be expensive.

Our overseas couriers are normally UPS and DPD, but sometimes we use other companies if there is a cost or service issue.

Sometimes extreme weather can effect our delivery times, so in times of heavy winds and rain your delivery may take an extra few days. If you need to track your order, you can find a tracking number either on your order confirmation email or in a separate email sent to you by the courier.

During times like Christmas our couriers are incredibly busy and sometimes orders can take a bit longer to get to you, adding a few days to your estimated delivery date. You should be able to check the status of your order in the same way we mentioned above. If you are looking to order over the festive period, you may want to give yourself up to a week extra for the part to arrive, we don’t want you stranded waiting for a pair of brake discs to arrive.
