Autovaux was established in 2001 and has quickly been recognised as THE number 1 supplier for Original Quality Vauxhall spares and some of the most accurate parts software available.

We believe that we truly are the one stop shop for all your Vauxhall needs.

We can source nearly 99% of current spares for vauxhall and we will also try to find older parts for you.

We offer a next working day delivery service on all orders of stock items placed before 3pm. See our P & P Information below.

We are located in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, just 1.5 miles off junction 39 of the M1 and are always happy for customers to call in to our Trade Counter.

P & P Information

Delivery prices for standard delivery starts at £4.10 for recorded 2nd class . Standard mainland UK delivery for heavier items averages between £5.50 and £6.95 including VAT . Some Postcodes e.g. Highlands , Isle of Man , Channel Islands attract higher premiums and an if an upgrade for express delivery is available it will be offered at checkout.

Delivery charges are calculated at the checkout according to the weight and size of items purchased. For multiple purchases, the delivery charge will be equal to the highest single delivery cost among the items in your shopping basket. For example, purchase a pair of brake discs with a delivery cost of £6.95 together with a set of pads with a delivery cost of £5.50, and the total delivery cost for your order will be just £6.95.

Most small items will be dispatched via Royal Mail recorded delivery. Larger items will be dispatched via courier. In all cases a signature will be required on delivery. Please check that your order has arrived complete and in good condition before signing. 

Deliveries outside the UK are calculated on an actual weight basis. However sometimes large but lightweight items have a larger volumetric weight and we will have to charge extra for delivery of these items. In the unusual event that this happens you will be contacted before any further payments are taken

Autovaux uses UK Mail  for our next working day courier service. 95% of deliveries arrive on time. However circumstances, for example inclement weather can prevent this happening , you will be supplied with a tracking number for all orders placed on line. This next working day service does not include any compensation if deliveries are late due to the courier.

For overseas our preferred courier is UPS however sometimes other couriers are used if there is a cost or service issue.


All new products supplied by Autovaux carry at least a 12 month / 12,000 miles guarantee and in some cases carry a 3 year guarantee.If you believe a part is faulty you must contact Autovaux BEFORE you remove the part or attempt any corrective measures. 

Many of the parts we supply need to be inspected while on the vehicle as removal invalidates any warranty. We have many suppliers and as such there are different warranty procedures . If you remove a part before consulting Autovaux it may invalidate some or all of your warranty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

At Autovaux we are constantly price checking ,if you find exactly the same product elsewhere at a lower price within 30 days of ordering from us - we will refund the difference and give you 5% discount on your next order.

Can Autovaux supply all Vauxhall Parts?

Try us, we don't have everything in stock but most current Vauxhall parts are available to us within 2-3 working days. If the part isn't on our website please email us with your full details

Are Autovaux parts Genuine GM Vauxhall?

All our parts are new , where possible we source our parts as genuine GM packed parts, where doing this and giving the customer a saving is not possible we then source our parts from OEM's (Original Equipment Manufacturers). These are basically the company who make the part for vauxhall e.g. Bosch, Siemens. These parts are identical to those supplied by Vauxhall just without the GM packaging and logos.

Occasionally on about 5% of our lines when it isn't viable to source from GM or OEM's e.g. your Nova's worth £200 and a GM wing mirrior is £85 we source the part in the aftermarket from a company that gives the same length warranty as Vauxhall. The bottom line is that all parts supplied by Autovaux carry the same length warranty as a dealer supplied part.

Can Autovaux diagnose my problems?

No! The answer is that it's virtually impossible to give an accurate diagnosis over the phone even for a trained mechanic. No Autovaux employees are mechanics and it would be wrong of us to try and diagnose your faults. If you have a problem with your car please have it diagnosed before you order your parts. Terms & Conditions 

1. Prices

The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out in the website. We try to ensure that the prices are current at all times, however we reserve the right to change the price we charge you, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item concerned. All prices are expressed inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. In some cases the price for the part will include delivery, if a delivery charge is applicable this will be displayed clearly upon checkout. If there is no price available for the part you will be asked to request a price which will be confirmed via email including VAT and delivery, where applicable.

2. Availability

If, for any reason, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be refunded the cost of the goods and may choose to cancel the whole order within 30 days.

3. Acceptance

There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually despatch the goods to you. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually despatch the goods to you. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment that the goods are despatched (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us. Order status may be checked daily by calling our Customer Service line 01924 376003

4. Delivery 

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. If the delivery address does not match the address that the payment card is registered to this may result in a delay or cancellation of the order. All deliveries are by Royal Mail delivery or a courier selected by us. If your order is placed on a working day before 3.30pm and the items are in stock, we will attempt to despatch that day. In the event that we are unable to provide the requested delivery option we will let you know before the order is despatched at which point you will be offered to cancel the order to receive a full refund. We endeavour to secure delivery of special order items to UK addresses  within 3 working days of the date of your order but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control. If we cannot deliver within this time we shall notify you immediately by email or phone and try to agree an alternative date with you. If we cannot agree an alternative date, you will be offered a refund of the cost of the goods and the delivery charge where applicable. Even when an express service has been selected it is not guaranteed and Autovaux shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control. On these occasion’s you can return the goods to us unopened at your expense and receive a full refund on the goods and outgoing mail.

5. Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after the day following the delivery, by advising our Customer Services department by post, by fax (on 01924 376004) or e-mail (sales@autovaux.co.uk) In the event that the goods have already been despatched at the date of receipt of your cancellation of the order, you must return the goods to us unopened and at your cost and we will refund you the price of the goods, but not carriage costs within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. The cost of return carriage must be borne by you. Special ordered items i.e. items that are not normally a stocked line may not be returned, you will be notified of this at the time of ordering. Electrical components may not be returned if the packaging is opened. All items that are returned that have been correctly supplied will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. If you do not return the goods within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, your payment will be refunded after deducting the cost of recovering the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Payment

Payments are accepted via the website by Worldpay or Paypal, your card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order, at which point payment will be collected.

7. General

These Trading Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts. If any of these Trading Terms is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Trading Terms which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, provided any contract made under these Trading Terms is capable of continuing in existence.8. 9. Warranty Claims

In the event that a part supplied by Autovaux is suspected of failure please contact the company before taking any further action. Most of our suppliers offer a ‘no quibble’ replacement on the part only. Some suppliers insist that the part is inspected by one of their engineers on the vehicle before any claim can be settled. Labour claims will only be settled if Autovaux have been contacted to authorise work before it is carried out. Autovaux will not be liable for any claims if part is removed or any work is carried out before we are contacted.
